Always use restraints until child is able to get in and out of the product without help (over 3 years or 33 lbs (15 kg)), the restraint system is not required. Use the product only if the child meets ALL of the following conditions: - Can sit up by himself or herself (approximately six months of age) - Weighs less than 50 lbs. (22.6 kg) Always secure the product to the chair using the bottom and back attachment straps.

We warrant that all Company products will be free from defects in material and workmanship (the “Limited Warranty”) for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase (sales receipt is required for proof of purchase) or for the applicable minimum required warranty period in the location where the product is sold (the “Limited Warranty Period”). If any covered defect is discovered during the Limited Warranty Period, we will, at our sole option, repair, replace or refund the product at no cost to you. This is the sole and exclusive remedy available to you.
This Limited Warranty (i) applies only to single family use only for the original purchaser/gift recipient (with gift receipt) of the product, (ii) covers purchases solely from an authorized retailer or distributor, and (iii) is not transferable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is so cute, the lightning mcqueen is super cute and not distorted. Instalation onto my kitchen chairs was easy. Easy to move back and forth as well as easily cleaned. Definitely recommend with the ease of the buckle as well.

Wipes clean with a damp cloth but full disclosure I have washed this in the sink before. Sometimes it needs a good rinse as oppose to wiping down. Travels easily in a large tote bag or just in the trunk of the car.
