[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a delicious dessert! I made it with oil instead of the massive amount of butter and that was a good choice- the outcome was very moist. They were easy to make and provided some versatility with how to finish them off. Instead of rolling in the cinnamon sugar I decided to just dip the tops and that was perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was amazing! You couldn't even tell that it was gluten free! As someone with celiac disease, I have been dreaming for a muffin like this. I personally just dipped the tops in the sugar and it was perfect for me! I made them regular sized because I didn't have any mini pans and they were still fluffy and baked perfectly. The next time I go to the store I will immediately be putting these in my cart! I also made them dairy free and it did not affect the texture or flavor at all!
