We were looking for a coffee maker to replace the broken one we had for four years. We decided that we wanted a single cup maker and not one that can make a pot of coffee. That narrowed our shopping. Next we wanted one; with a water reservoir; compatible with K- cup pods or similiar; with a slim footprint; that fits a tall coffee travel mug; that brews multiple size cups and, has fast brewing. This did it all, plus it has a bold setting that was supposed to help brew a bolder cup of coffee. We tried it for close to a week, everyday. The coffee came out weak everytime, and, I am not a strong coffee drinker. We used the bold setting, we changed coffee brands, we changed the grinds settings (with our coffee grinder), nothing helped. Maybe if it had a six ounce setting, the coffee would be stronger? Sadly, we are we are returning it. Three stars because I do recommend it for all the good points.
