I was a bit skeptical at first about buying a reconditioned iPhone but I am delighted with my purchase. It is in excellent condition, no noticeable scratches at all, and the battery is as expected, in very good condition as well. I will use here again when I need new to me technology.

the purchase and trade in experience were great! the phone loses charge very quickly (which was a known issue with 12 minis--I should have done my research better). I did have some difficulty using the website on mobile, as I remember there were some unfortunate layout issues, but it was pretty minor. also, I disconnected and reset my old device before making sure my WhatsApp and signal messages and settings were transferred over, which was a rookie mistake.

ordering was easy and understandable. The phone once I received it was on better condition then I thought it would be. I ordered Good condition and the iPhone 12 mini only had a few tiny scratches on the front screen and a couple of dents on the edges but you hardly notice them at all. especially when I put the screen protector on. I ordered unlocked and it was unlocked. so no problems kudos to the seller. will be ordering again from here vs Amazon.
