Perfect Color

The color is beautiful - my favorite. The gel polish has an unbelievably great wear factor and looks wonderful weeks after application . Great quality!!!!

Too sheer. Need 4 coats

I have always loved DND products and still do. But some colors are just disappointing when applied. This color (Bubble Pop 512) was one of those. It was so sheer, I needed to apply 4 coats! My client was less than impressed. I understand colors vary on screens but 4 coats to get it to look like the color swatch is a bit much. The description of this color doesn't say “sheer”. So, learning from this blunder, for the next client that chose “Bubble Pop 512” I improvised. I applied a dark purple (Neon Purple 507) underneath and it turned out beautifully. In conclusion, beware of glittery colors for they may not be as opaque as they seem on the screen or on the bottle.
