So much better than pads!

I'm OK during the day but at night I tend to leak and sometimes gush. Although pads were usually adequate, the plastic was causing sores on my skin. That problem is finally going away with these. They haven't leaked at all, either. Also, the price is the best I've found. The only negative is the seams in the back can be seen through clothing.
