Love it, only had for a few days and already put it to good use. I slice up turkey and ham for lunch meat. It cooked the meats wonderfully. Made a roast- tender and delicious. Check your cooking times. It does cook fast, just like an oven. So adjust your temperature if you're going to leave during the day.
