Very happy with my HP purchase! I bought this same computer almost 2 years ago and it was working perfectly, till my kids spilled a drink on it! I knew I'd buy the same computer again, and got a great deal on black Friday (with accident protection). Would buy the same computer a 3rd time if I had to. Love the larger screen and transferring everything is super simple.

I got this very pretty computer to replace my 2019 HP laptop which I loved but has become very slow: a repairman speeded it up which lasted one day. So I bought another HP because I was so pleased with the previous one, and went from windows 10 to 11. Unfortunately, I was unable and am still unable to determine the size of the memory, and have concluded it must be in the cloud. I tried to copy allllll my old files from my old computer to the new computer (via external hard drive) and it will not fit. Not happy. Also, some of my programs do not work the same way and even tho I have figured them out, they are less efficient. Besides all that, the most annoying thing is, the jpg's in the file folders do not display the images. I paid for two years of tech support and have yet to find how to contact said support. Why are my backlit keys not lighting up now, they did at first. A few other irritants as well. I like the wireless mouse.

My only ppprrrrobblem is that wwhhen I type like I usually do, I get all those rrepeat letters like now.
