Helped with my nose bleeds.
A couple of years ago, I suddenly started having nose bleeds. Ayre Saline Nasal Gel was recommended by my ENT doctor to help prevent further nose bleeds and it has worked great, and I give the product a 5 star rating. For my nose bleeds, I daily rinse my nose out with a few squirts of saline solution spray made of 1/2 tsp SEA salt and 1/2 tsp baking soda per quart of DISTILLED water which is enough spray to last me for months. Then I blow my nose and gently dry the first inch or so of the nose openings with a piece of twisted tissue, followed by applying a VERY SMALL DAB of the gel on a cotton swab to coat that small area in my nose where the nose bleeds had been. This has worked for the past 2-1/2 years with no more problem with nose bleeds. It has relieved dryness, prevented the nose bleeds, and seems to have even helped to reduce my sinus problems, too.

I have problems with nasal dryness due not only to weather but to a medication I take. This is the only product I find helpful. I think due to the glycerin and aloe, it's very cooling and soothing. Don't hesitate to try it. I only wish the tube type came with some kind of applicator. I'm going through q-tips like crazy.
