Despite the large amount of slop, I often use this adapter with my drill, pass-thru extension, and sockets to thread nuts onto long bolts more quickly, especially for socket sizes greater than my hex-to-socket bit set can handle. When are you going to make a 1/4" version, or better yet, a hex to 6" pass-through extension for 3/8" and 1/4" pass-thru sizes. Impact rated would be good!
