Great quick dinner!

I think these are great to keep on hand for quick weekday dinners. I followed the recipe instructions on the back and had no issue with the outcome. At first I questioned not seasoning the beef somehow, but the flavor of the sauce mix really elevated the dish and nothing extra was needed. It had a very mild spicy level to it so the kids had no problem eating this. It was quick, easy and most importantly GOOD. I plan on keeping these on hand.

Tastes great

The McCormick Enchilada sauce packet we got for free to review made dinner easy and quick. We used the black bean recipe with a couple alterations (used taco cheese and added to the bean and corn mixture and spaghetti sauce instead of tomato sauce) and it turned out delicious! It added plenty of flavor but wasn't too spicy for the kids.
