We received the bike and it looked great and assembly was very easy. BUT something was not quite right with the front wheel. We tried to see if we could figure out what was going on, but ended up contacting Hyper Bike. Hyper Bike said the front wheel was likely slightly bent and shipped us a brand new wheel (rim, tube, and tire). Got that installed and we are good to go. Huge shout out to Stefanie and the rest of the team at Hyper Bike taking great care of us.

The bike got picked up with the front and the back tire needing air. Besides that it's pretty ok for its use right now. My son may have to get a different seat but that's ok. Also the handle bars don't raise up which would be wonderful while he is 6ft tall.
