Instructions
Deep frying directions: (1) Fill deep fryer no more than 1/3 full with oil. Heat oil to 350 degrees F on medium heat. (2) Pour Zatarain's seasoned fish fry onto plate plastic bag. Use 1/2 cup fish fry per 1 lb. fish. Roll or shake fish fri until evenly coated. Discard any remaining fish fri mixture on plate or in plastic bag.(3) Fry fish, a few pieces at a time, in hot oil until light golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Note: For thicker coating, dip fish in 1/2 cup milk mixed with 1 lightly beaten egg, before rolling in fish fri.

Tastes very good!
I usually do a lot of fried fish, in a normal day, I would bring flour and dip in it black pepper anion and garlic powder, however, given this seasoned fish it helps me to eliminate the flour part and the spices.In addition, it tastes very good.I recommend it for fried fish definitely and I will definitely include it in my fried fish routine! In addition , it tastes very good as well.Taking my fried fish to another level

Tasty and Crunchy
So far I've tried the pan frying method and the baking method with grouper. Both came out really well! Pan frying was tastier and crunchier than baking, but the baking gets the win health-wise. Now that I've tried it a few times, I'm looking forward to experimenting with this in my air fryer to see if I can keep it keep it healthier and get the frying level of crunch. This mix adds great flavor and a tiny hint of spice without going overboard. It's a simple way to make something really tasty at home. I received this product free in exchange for my review.

Great fish fry batter
I was a little nervous to fry fish. I was impressed with how easy it was to use and even more impressed with the test. I cooked on stovetop with canola oil. I used some fresh caught Rock Cod and was impressed with how well it cooked and how it did not taste too fishy or oily. I will definitely buy again.
