Perfect for older people!

This is an amazing idea! My father-in-law is older and has trouble bending over to get the ice out of my freezer. This was a great solution! The only thing I can say that is not great on this machine is that the hot water takes a long time to dispense. Makes it a little difficult when you have to hold the cup under there for so long. The water is hot so the machine is definitely doing its job. I'm just a little impatient. Although I feel it is a little overpriced, I highly recommend this machine. I'm sure once other companies catch on the prices will go down.

Great water and ice dispenser

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced an older water dispenser and not disappointed at all. Followed all the setup instructions including the cleaning cycle and it has worked perfectly since. It's so nice having ice and cold water available whenever we want.

Game-Changer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Iceman water dispenser has exceeded my expectations. It has a bottom loading design, so no more lifting a heavy 5-gallon jug. Swapping out for a new jug is effortless. And the best part is that this machine dispenses ice too! Total game-changer… highly recommend!
