When I started with weight, thought it was great. Easy to put together, except the kettlebell. I honestly just have them sitting and purchased new weights. The different bars to put the weights on are too long for just a single weight and not easy lifting both dumbbells' at once because the bars hit each other and get in the way and in your face. I did like the fact of 4-in-1.I would not purchase again or recommend.
