Kuhn Rikon Duromatic Stainless Steel Frying Pan Pressure Cooker, 2.5 Qt

I had a 20+ year-old smaller version of this pan, which I used all the time, but it finally bit the dust. This larger size is fantastic and so well made. Great for our two-person meals, and easy to store. Love it!

I bought this a couple of days ago, and love it. Have had the Duromatic 3050 3.5L sauce pan for about five years and use it several times every week. It is great, but the fry pan is a great way to brown potatoes, then cook quickly. It allows the option of then adding vegetables. It provides more variety for vegan meals as browning or braising is an option. I expect to use this a lot as the meals are more flavorful.
