we bought this just for a change of how we make our turkey, we just wanted to not fry it this year. This roaster is big, it easily fit a 24 lbs turkey. We brined the turkey overnight before cooking, and it came out just as flavorful and juicy as when we fry it. It didn't seem to heat up the kitchen as it cooked and it left the oven open so we could heat other dishes. The nonstick coating made it very easy to clean up after. I highly recommend this roaster.

This Hamilton Beach Roaster is a replacement for a 28 year old unit that simply died. I knew from experience what to expect from this product. This roaster is exactly as described . I love this new red color option too.
