Great graphics but software?

I have an Intel 14700 Asrock Itx build had a Asrock b580 arc in it thought this would be an upgrade. Removed Intel drivers installed this. Now my computer crashes periodically. The arc video card was rock solid. Yes this plays my old games like ut99 smoothly but crashes pc periodically. I have an 850 watt power supply 80 platinum certified.so it's not a power feed problem. It also makes my mouse stop working a Razer death adder the Intel arc was never a problem. I have regrets buying this.glichy amd Radeon software it seems.
