Always fresh!

I use this for ALL my baking so I'm not getting glysophate (which is in all other non-organic flour), and it's unbleached flour. So it's all around better for me. It's especially great for my homemade yeast-based bread and rolls. Good consistency. I do, however, wish the flour companies would pack flour in resealable bags.

amazing high quality organic bread flour.

Using the correct technique of fermentation the correct temperature of water honey / milk butter/ olive oil and eggs after proofing in the refrigerator for two to three days you can make you can make either an amazing brioche pizza dough or rolls. including cinnamon rolls, bagel bites, or even Belgian waffles great texture and flavor providing the correct amount of salt for each recipe.

An excellent product from an excellent company. I've used their all purpose for years but decided to start making bread and opted to use their bread flour. It is is just perfect for the job. My favorite to make is an asiago and garlic bread and I am extremely pleased with the texture. I even keep the bread up to a week out of the fridge.
