Great for beginner "Bounty Hunters"

This item was purchased for an 8 yr. old's birthday. It's a mid-value detector that is lightweight and not too large for the youngest treasure hunters. The 2 yr. warranty is an EXCELLENT value for possible troubles with electronic equipment in the hands of the younger set.

Took it to beach for my 7 yr. old. We both loved It! Got a bit heavy for him so I used it while he Dug up the numerous treasures! Nickels, caps, Key, misc. It was the thrill of the find no matter What it was! When he wasn't looking, i hid a couple Quarters. It worked very well!

Great for the kids

perfect starter detector for the kids works very well in sand , so great for parks and beaches. Bought this for a 12 yr old now he drives me nuts to take him on my hunts lol. first day out ofc found iron used for 3 hrs first day found 88 cents in clad coins and 1 silver dime. had this about 1 week so far its been a great littler starter detector. Would I recomend this yes I would for kids for adult`s maybe depending on what your looking for.
