Where do I start? I've had back muscle issues most of my life: the same two areas, difficult to reach, and too frequently requiring actual steroid injections at an ER. Received this just three days ago and learned how to position it in the precise locations of those muscles, just by sitting in my chair, watching TV, and maneuvering it not just in those usual painful places, but all over my back and neck. Extra bonus, I have NOT used Extra Strength Tylenol upon retiring for three nights in a row. Not a biggie downside, but if someone's looking for major HEAT, that is not part of my recommendation.
