Ikristin Shiatsu Back and Neck Massager Ikristin Tissue Kneading Massage Pillow with Heat

This is a great little machine. I'm thinking about ordering them for the whole family! I had a previous one that broke after many years of service. My old one was a pricier model than this - but this one works every bit as well as my old one. The massage is *just* deep enough. The massager works great on low back, mid back, between the shoulder blades, and neck. The direction of massage can be reversed. The heat can be turned off or on (that's not intuitive, which is why some reviewers don't realize it can be done - read the manual to learn the trick). I've only had it a couple of days, but have used it quite a bit. My daughter also used it today and liked it. Highly recommend!
