They are tiny loose bottled pills. With a relatively large dessicant capsule that makes it hard to get the pills out. LEAVE THAT CAPSULE IN THE BOTTLE. It keeps your pills fresher. These are cheaper because of packaging and work just the same as foil blister packed pills. Good value
