We actually got for our 2new kittens…1st so could take outdoors with us %26 our dogs and also for indoors to keep them away from dogs until knew how they would get along! Taken them in picnics, just hanging in back yard with dogs…it's perfect. We don't want them to be outdoor cats, but they do shoot the fresh air, so this is perfect. We also ordered one that had zippers, so they cannot get out-this far, they still too small to escape this one-but when they can get out-well have this for indoor play %26 the enclosed one for outdoors! Both we purchased at Walmart %26 externally happy with price, quality %26 the enjoyment the cats get out of it!!

This is great! It pops open, no assembly, and folds nicely. Ii bought this as a temporary way to keep feral cats safe from dogs if we needed to evacuate from fires that often threaten our home. But it probably would not suffice for aggressive digging, biting escape artists. Its good for calm animals to sleep in the car on long trips or as a temporary ‘pen' when visiting or traveling, staying at hotels, etc. It keeps pets safely sleeping nearby but i wouldn't expect much with a curious puppy or climbing kitten.
