This is wonderful for our cats at home and our grand dog that comes to visit. I love that replacement parts are offered. The wiring on original motor became stripped. Also nice that you don't have to buy a whole new unit. My negative comment would be that the wiring needs to be more durable the wiring that is attached to the actual motor piece.
