I have a Cole & Mason pepper mill for over ten years and it still works great. The set is a gift for my son. The color looks very luxurious and it comes in a beautiful box. Although the box seemed to be unopened, the salt mill had some scratches. The customer care team was very responsive. They sent me a new salt mill at no cost within days.
