If you look close there is a lighter colored circle around the edge, That area is very lumpy from the fringe being sew into the rug at that point and it's uncomfortable to step on! I also did not care for the color (much darker) than what you see. I really love their cotton rugs, I have a handful of them already and no issues with those ones. I'm also planning on purchasing a couple large area rugs from this same company so it's just a matter of what you want in a rug!
