Extra protein for high school athletes

A great option to up your protein intake. With two kids in cross country I appreciate easy ways to give their bodies what they need without resorting to protein shakes. Kids don't notice any difference. While it is slightly more expensive than generic pasta, protein powder is much more costly. This would also be a better option for individuals on semaglutide or tirzepatide who may not be able to eat as much- to help keep from losing hair.
