Sizing is off

Very inaccurate sizing. Sizing compelely off. Ordered a Xl that says it should fit 18 mo. 24-32 lbs. well I sized up based on the 1 review available. My daugter is 14 mo 20 Lbs and there is no way she would fit this. This looks like it would be for 4 mo. Maybe 10 lb at most. Looks very uncomfortable
