Keyboard uses only Bluetooth! Item was damaged in shipping because it was sent cheaply in an envelope. It wouldn't charge so I was issued a refund. I opened up the keyboard and found the battery lead was broken from the board and I repaired it. It charges now but will not connect to a Windows 10 PC via Bluetooth, the only method for the keyboard. The keyboard backlighting and small size is really cool though. the mouse is cheap but works with RGB lighting.
