Char-Broil PATIO BISTRO Infrared Electric Grill

We purchased the electric grill because we did not want to use charcoal anymore. We also did not want to use gas or propane.When we found this electric grill we purchased it right away. After cooking chicken and turkey burgers on it, we will forever be sold on electric. We love this grill. The chicken and turkey tasted great and retained the natural juices. We will always own one of these. We were also able to place foil on the grill, which cut down the cleaning time.

A friend bought a furnished beach condo that came with an electric grill, which he didn't want, so he gave it to us, brand new. We tried it, loved it, used it every night for the next 6 months and basically killed it (note: do not leave cord plugged in on the balcony when you live in Florida, the points get wet/corroded & stop working). So we went right out and bought the larger, Bistro 240 model and continue to use it every night. We barbecue steaks, pork chops, chicken, fish, veggies...everything. Here's a tip: You can buy a metal (iron?) vented box at the hardware store, fill it with mesquite or other flavor wood chips, pour water over it and set it on top of the grill & once the chips heat up and start to smoke a little bit, add your meat/veg & cook. Makes everything taste mui delicioso!!
