I generally don't use the broth packets but have found ways to make a quick meal with the noodles when I don't want to boil a big pot of water for other noodle types. One pan ramen is great and these are great for Asian noodle salads. An almost instant soup with left over veggies and meat is much much better than soup from a can.

Ok let's just agree that this item has a lot of sodium in it. However, sometimes it just doesn't matter if you watch your salt intake for the day. Adding some fresh vegetables and lean meat can make a huge difference and other times, it's just a great basic snack. The beef flavor is yummy.
