This is the only product I've tried that you can have extra put in the refrigerator and they still taste as good as they taste the day you made them. The rest of the products made with legumes or beans, I've tried them all this is the only product that I continue to repurchase. Read the ingredients before you purchase it.

Great for diabetics, tastes great too.

As a diabetic, I highly recommend this brand and all their noodles. I can eat chili mac, spaghetti, casserole dishes I had cut out of my diet due to super high sugar spikes. I'm grateful this is an option even those it's more expensive then regular pasta. But that's ok.
