Easy to assemble easy instructions ship issue

The instructions were easy to follow and it was pretty easy to put together at the end of the instructions. It said to insert little feet on the bottom of the two middle Support legs under the fireplace, but they did not come in the kit, nor did they show up on the parts list This would've been a five star review if it wouldn't have been for the fact that they printed out the shipping label and entered it as if they had shipped it and it wasn't for about 10 days after they said it was shipped that they actually did ship it and only after I contacted FedEx to do an investigation and Walmart to have them contact the seller did they actually put it on a truck for FedEx to deliver?
