Excellent!
this has a group of eight fat soluble compounds that include four tocopherols and four tocotrienols. Vitamin E deficiency, which is rare and usually due to an underlying problem with digesting dietary fat rather than from a diet low in vitamin E, can cause nerve problems. Vitamin E is a fat-soluble antioxidant which may help protect cell membranes from reactive oxygen species.

Awesome
Very high quality Vit. E, as it contains the full spectrum of tocotrienols, as will as tocopherol. Its use as an antioxidant is so numerous - cardiovascular health, cancer protection, healthy hair, etc. This brand's only downside, in my opinion, is that it contains soybean oil, which can go rancid, but this company probably takes special care.
