Excellent!

I take Vitamin K2 along with Vitamin D3. This product is in good form - MK-7 and I like the 45 mcg dosage. It is small and easy to swallow. Carlson is a good brand.

Great Vitamin K2 for Bone and Heart Health

This Vitamin K2 MK-7 has been a fantastic addition to my supplement routine. At 45 mcg per soft gel, it provides excellent support for both my bone health and cardiovascular system. The soft gels are small and easy to swallow, making it convenient to take daily. I feel confident knowing that I'm supporting my body's ability to manage calcium effectively.

Carlson K2 MK7

Some K2 mk7 products from other companies in the past haven't agreed with me too well. Some insomnia and stomach issues. But this one from Carlson seems fine so far. It's a low dose, so I don't feel any effect, but it's Carlson so I know this is doing the work behind the scenes. An important vitamin to take with vitamin D, calcium, boron, etc.
