Great Product and Customer Service

I bought some mini-envelopes that the next place required massive orders of, so I was pleased at the availability of low quantity at a great price. The envelopes were also good quality, so I didn't sacrifice anything by paying less. There was a minor hiccup in the ordering process that could have been questioned as my fault, but JAM just made sure I was happy, instead of trying to figure out who's fault it was. Very pleased. I will definitely order from JAM again!
