i bought this bigger frame after I bought a twin frame. It was easy to put together, had accessories that are perfect for plugging in, and a good buy. The only thing that was disappointing was the width of the shelf on top, barely big enough for a lamp or even books. Otherwise, a pretty frame. Oh, one other thing that I love is that the mattress sits recessed in the frame so that it doesn't slip over the foot of bed when you are leaning against the headboard...

Most platform frames just allow for the mattress to lie on top of it and if someone sits at the head of the bed, the mattress bottom slides off the frame. This frame has a slight depression which keeps the mattress firmly on the frame. Also, like the cushion headboard... The only negative was. the shelf could have been wider...
