I am not sure about the watch. It was delayed in transit a week past the delivery date. I called to inquire about the watch and the next day the shipping showed delivered on the original delivery date. It was from a 3rd party and the 3rd party said they had to do an investigation. Originally I was told it would take 7 to 10 days to complete, almost a month later they told me that it shows delivered and they will not be issuing a refund. I contacted Walmart once the 3rd party denied a refund and Walmart took care of it right away. I will always shop through Walmart but beware of some of the 3rd party vendors. This could have been a legit issue with shipping. if you ever have a delayed shipment, take a screenshot of the delay.
