I bought this for my son over thanksgiving weekend and was so excited to give it to him, but much to our surprise, it did not work at all right out of the box. I was not able to return it very quickly due to family holiday affairs we had to travel for etc. and now that I’m trying to make the return, I’m running into “not a returnable item!”??
