I've noticed a significant difference in my reactions since starting these. I've reacted harshly much less often and now I rarely have a physical reaction, or I have a significantly lower physical reaction (heart rate, emotion, attitude, “loud brain”) and for short time. I will definitely keep these up for as long as they work for me! I'm currently a stay at home mom. I have a four year old who is not used to sharing me and my affection. He is having all the trouble in the world not understanding why I can't be with him all the time or do every thing with/for him all the time because I made another person seven months ago and she is breastfeeding.
