Morton and Bassett Ras El Hanout, 2.3 oz

I love spices and I also love international foods. I discovered Roma's Al hanout,, a North African spies years ago. At first, I was given a couple of recipes to make my own. My first attempt was successful and my second attempt was not. Since then, international foods have become more popular and Ras has appeared on the market and several forms. This little jar is amazing. It contains the spices 1 would normally associate with Scandinavian bakery, along with paprika, red pepper, and black pepper. I cannot remember all the ingredients, but whatever you use it in will be a wonderful dish. It comes in a small open jar. My first attempt was on chicken and my husband, and I both felt that that chicken was the best we've ever had. I also love rice cauliflower and I put some pinches of the spice into the cauliflower and add Stevia. It taste like comfort food,, somewhat like rice pudding. I love the upfront taste of card to mom and clothes and then the incredible back burn of the hotter spices at the end. I hope Walmart continues to carry this because I will buy it again and again.
