We needed enough compartments for meds 5x per day. Sometimes we would need another dose of something . It was hard to find this many compartments. I like it because it's compact, and the boxes are labeled to coincide with the dose that's due. It's been helpful when others need to step in and admin a dose while I'm out. Very useful pill holders!

Bought for my parent who needs to take lots of pills each day at specific times of day. Once a week we fill these up and they are set for the rest of the week. Easily holds 6-8 pills, even larger ones, but each "day" fits into a shirt pocket so it can be carried all day. Lids are snap closure, but my parent who has dexterity issues and difficulty opening pill bottles is able to get these open without too much effort.
