Alpha-Lipoic Acid 300 mg from GNC

Alpha-Lipoic Acid is a good product. I have been using GNC's product for quite a long time and one way I can tell that it i working is that my fingernails get stronger while I am using it. If I stop, my fingernails get weaker and split in some places. I believe this supplement works on the cellular level so I highly recommend it.

Has helped leg nerve pain

I have been taking 600 mg a day for a few months now. The stabbing nerve pains I had in my leg are gone. I attribute it to the alpha-lipoic acid. I would recommend this product.
