I use it in many recipes. 1- with honey %26 red onions blended to make a lovely salad dressing to rival raspberry vinaigrette. 2- mixed lightly in sushi rice, for a great roll. 3- many stir fry recipes call for a bit of vinegar %26 it is also a good substitute for marin sweet vinegar.
