I am so happy to get my gluten free Kikkoman Teriyaka marinade. I am a senior on a fixed income and have gone Gluten free and all OILS free. I cook all my food from scratch and even grind my burger and sausage. Chicken is a major player for me in meal planning and marinading is one of my choices of prep. I opened up this Kikkoman sauce and was so pleased. It reminds me of the old days. The smell was amazing. I just added it to some steamed chicken I did yesterday which is reheating in my little crock pot for tonights dinner. And it tastes wonderful.

This is a very flavor it can be thickened using cornstarch to keep it gluten-free and put on beef or chicken and baked in the oven, sometimes I mix it with jelly to make a dipping sauce for gluten-free eggrolls
