We received the unit in to different shipments. The inside unit came with no damages. The outside unit was damaged. The box was damaged on one corner and the unit was dented on that side as well. Message the seller and they sent another outside unit free of charge and they did not want the damaged unit sent back. Dry quick to respond and quick to replace unit!

Unit is precharged and easy to install if you have any skill in cutting a hole through a wall bending some copper tube vacuuming a line and running a dedicated 12/2 to you homes breaker box plus overall install of unit itself. Simple in my opinion but baffl;ing to others I am sure.

unless you're very handy, hire someone to install it. it's so quiet it's unnoticeable when running. that goes for the fan unit, which is outside but also very quiet. the heater works perfectly. haven't used the a/c yet but it blew cold when tested after installation. pleased with the purchase thus far.
