Zero support wrong power cable and loose cover

Wrong power cable. The front right cover is loose. It makes a click sound when pushed down and moves slightly. Contact the seller Craving Savings but did not get a response. Other than that the Laptop seems a great product for a fair price. Have no other choice than to return it since I am not getting any support from the seller.
