Ryla Tall Dresser Chest, 5 Drawers, Metal Handles, Cherry Brown Solid Wood

The dressers are lovely (I bought 2), and assembly was offered so I purchased it at a cost of $164.00 ($84.00 each). After a few challenging attempts to have the service performed all of the paper work was in line and a technician came out to assemble my chests. Imagine my surprise when he opend the boxes to reveal chest that requiredno assembly at all, and nothing but to be freed from their boxes and slid against the wall. I have been told that I will not be receiving a refund - company policy and that there is notihing that can be done. I can only assume that their policy is to dupe people out of their hard earned money because they can!
