It is what it is. God price for an outside storage unit. It's what I was looking for. The real negative unfortunately is assembly. I am a real mechanical and handy guy. This took Me alone 2 full 8 hr days. Plus a few on day 3. You will also need a hand with putting up the roof frame. The aluminum isn't that strong by itself, but when. Everything is attached it all supports itself and pretty sturdy. All the holes were prefect for the screw and pieces and it came together real nice. Some of the instructions were a little misleading, but for the most part they did a good job trying to explain. Bottom line, if you are handy and mechanical and have the time as a project, by all means get it and enjoy the project. If you are not mechanical this will be a nightmare for you.

Received in 2 heavy boxes not labeled clearly as 1 a 2or which had instructions in it . when putting together left and rights were not correct sometimes opposite. diagrams showed misleading holes and could of simply followed labeling parts in alphabetical order . ex: roof PCs labeled W and similar door panels M and walls Q . Depending on if you figured the backwardness of things as to how many times you put it together only to take apart and reverse it. The floor framing is SO DANGEROUS! These metal strips you trip or catch on easily regardless if on concrete, dirt or something else. Not safe. Holes not lining up drill new ones and calking the others. If you are taller than 5ft you will need to DUCKor use pool noodles on center beam. Have put a few things in it but not what I expected. If given a choice again on this one at $700 or another for same Id do sheets of plywood and wood beams and floor vs this again. I did pay $350 but not really worth it. pictures they advertise don't show truth.
